Sourdough Basics Class
We're opening up our kitchen for the ultimate hands-on learning experience in our Sourdough Basics Class! Together we will walk through all the steps of creating an artisan sourdough loaf from starter to freshly baked bread. Learn how to feed and maintain your sourdough starter, to identify when your starter is active and ready, and to mix, knead, shape and bake your sourdough bread!
Bring a friend (or two or three) and come prepared to learn, ask questions, get your hands covered in dough, and of course, sample some freshly baked sourdough bread!
Class includes:
* 3 hours of hands-on teaching & learning
* Sourdough Basics Guide
* FairRiver Homestead sourdough starter
* Freshly baked artisan sourdough loaf
* Bread sampling
Each class can accommodate 4 attendees.
Note: Classes will need to reach a minimum of 3 attendees in order to proceed, otherwise it will be postponed to a later date.
*If the class you purchased does not reach the minimum attendees, you will be contacted via email at which time you can transfer your spot to the rescheduled class date or receive a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
